Mandatory Customs Automated Processing System (CAPS) ID
Effective September 30, 2020, Bermuda Customs requires an Importer’s Trader ID, also known as a Customs Automated Processing System (CAPS) ID, for all imports into Bermuda.
To prevent delays with your shipments:
Request your six-digit CAPS ID from the Bermuda Customs Department.
Provide this number to DHL, FedEx, or UPS when submitting shipment details.

Special Handling Considerations for Bermuda
Certain items cannot be shipped to Bermuda due to local regulations.
