All MyMalls charges will be sent to you via your suite and must be paid into your account via online payment. You can pay for your MyMalls purchases via three payment methods:
You must have a valid credit or debit card with sufficient funds in your account. Please note that for online payments, many banks will ask you to confirm the payment via their application or other verification procedure.
You must have an active PayPal account and sufficient funds in your PayPals account or payment method linked to your PayPal account. Please note that PayPal may also require double verification on your part in order to validate the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account you can create one right here.
This payment method allows you to use only your bank account to pay for your MyMalls packages without the need for a credit or debit card. Only some countries have this payment method, you can find the list of countries concerned, as well as the required documents by clicking here. All our website financial transactions are handled through our payment services providers, PayPal and BlueSnap, for further information on the privacy policies and terms and conditions of PayPal and BlueSnap. MyMalls and its payment providers are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Your personal information is safeguarded, and protective measures ensure your full credit card number is never displayed after it has been entered.
The currency of payment is defined according to the warehouse from which your packages are shipped.
MyMalls fees for packages shipped from the US warehouse in Miami, will be charged in US dollars.
MyMalls fees for packages shipped from the EU warehouse in the Netherlands, will be charged in Euros.
Please note that some banks may charge you additional fees for payments in other currencies.
How will the MyMalls payment be listed on my credit card statement?
All payments via credit card will appear for Stripe payments as "MYMALLS [payment ID} Orlando US" or for Blue Snap payments as "BLS*MyMalls". All charges via PayPal will appear as “PAYPAL *MI MALLZ GROUP LLC”.
Why did my payment fail?
When processing your payment via credit card, PayPal or Directa24, MyMalls only receives an indication whether the purchase was approved or declined.
In the case of a declined credit or debit card charge, you would need to:
Make sure that all the card information you have entered is correct. A typing error may result in a refusal of payment.
Make sure your card is still valid and has not expired.
Make sure you have sufficient funds to make the payment.
Contact your card issuer or bank if none of the above applies to you.
In the case of a declined PayPal purchase, you would need to contact them directly or verify that the source of funds for your PayPal account has sufficient funds.
