On-Demand Delivery (ODD)
As of December 1st, 2020, DHL Curaçao offers On-Demand Delivery (ODD) for all MyMalls members.
You’ll receive an SMS notification when your shipment arrives and can manage your delivery preferences online — such as scheduling delivery, rerouting, or holding for pickup.
If You Leave Your Package Too Long in Customs
If a shipment remains uncleared for 30 days, it will be moved to entrepot (Customs warehouse).
To clear it afterward, DHL can prepare clearance documents, but you’ll need to pay both duty charges and a storage fee at Customs Nieuwe Haven.
Customs typically keeps shipments for up to 6 months, after which they may be posted for auction.

CRIB Number Requirement
The Government of Curaçao assigns each resident and business a CRIB number (Curaçao Recording Information Belastingen) — your official tax identification number.
As of April 3rd, 2017, Curaçao Customs requires the CRIB number for all imports.
MyMalls must include your CRIB number on each shipment to Curaçao.
You can add it directly in your MyMalls Suite under your profile.

You can request one from the Curaçao Tax Office or the Curaçao Customs Office at Nieuwe Haven. Until you provide it, your shipments will be marked as “CRIB Not Provided”, which can cause delays or fines if Customs determines you’re a resident.
