1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes, emails end up in the spam folder. To check:
Open your spam or junk folder and search for MyMalls.
Use the search bar and type "mymalls".
If found, mark the email as “Not Spam” to receive future emails properly.
To ensure you always receive our emails, add [email protected] to your contacts. Here’s how:

Head to your Gmail inbox, and click the grid icon in the top-right corner - then, click 'Contacts'.
On the screen that appears, click the '+ Add Contact' button.
A smaller window will appear, where you can fill in our details and click 'Save.'

In your Yahoo inbox, click the Contacts icon, as shown in the first screenshot below.
In the panel that appears, click on 'Add a new Contact', at the bottom.
Fill in our details, and click 'Save.'
2. Incorrect Email Address
A small typo can prevent you from receiving emails. To check:
Verify the email address you used to register.
Fix any spelling errors.
Contact our support team if a correction is needed.
3. Your Email May Be Blocked (Bounce List)
If you’re not receiving emails at all, your email provider might be rejecting them. This happens when:

There was an issue with your inbox when we sent the email.
