How does MyMalls handle damaged or changed packaging?

If your package’s box is found to be damaged before shipping, there are two options available:

  1. Proceed with the shipment as-is, with the understanding that any further damage incurred during transit will be at your own risk.

  2. Request alternative packaging or consider available transport options to better protect your package contents before shipping.

In-transit Packaging Changes

In some instances, your package may arrive in a different box than originally expected. This happens when the original packaging is deemed too small to properly attach the MyMalls shipping label. In such cases, your item will be re-packaged into a different box to ensure the shipping label is applied correctly. Rest assured, the contents of your package remain unchanged during this process.
