So you’ve won or received MyMalls Shipping Credits, amazing! Here’s everything you need to know: where to find them, how to use them, and how you can earn even more.

Where to Find Your Shipping Credits

Once you receive shipping credits (through MyMalls rewards, promotions, or referrals), they are automatically added to your MyMalls Suite.

  • On desktop — Your available credit balance is displayed in the top-right corner of your suite dashboard.

  • On Mobile — Shipping credits are not yet visible in the mobile layout, but our team is working on this update. You will be notified as soon as this improvement is released.


How to Use Shipping Credits

Shipping credits can be applied during the final step of checkout.

  1. Go to your package and proceed to Checkout

  2. At 2. Payment method, locate the option:
    “Use your credits for this payment”

  3. Toggle the switch ON to apply your available credits

  4. The amount will be deducted from your shipping fee


What You Can Use Shipping Credits For

Shipping credits can be applied only toward your shipping fee.

They cannot be used for:

  • Insurance

  • Repack fees

  • Additional service charges


How to Earn Shipping Credits

You can earn shipping credits in several ways:

  1. Social Media Giveaways

    We regularly give away shipping credits on our social platforms. Follow us to stay updated on the latest giveaways and rewards.

  2. Refer Friends to MyMalls
