There are several reasons why you may not be receiving any notifications:
Junk or Spam Folder - Have a look in your spam or junk folder, it is possible that the MyMalls emails are considered spam or junk by your mailbox. If so, don’t forget to add MyMalls to the safe senders list to avoid missing out on our notifications.
Notifications not activated - It is possible that when you registered you forgot to activate the notifications in your suite. To do so, it’s really easy. Go to “Account Settings” in your suite and enable notifications by checking the ones you prefer.

Notifications disabled - You may have disabled notifications in the past. To reactivate them, it's easy. Go to “Account Settings'' in your suite and enable notifications by checking the ones you prefer.
