How to modify your account details?

I want to change my profile information in my suite

You can modify your profile details by taking the following steps:

  1. After logging into your MyMalls account, look for your name in the top right-hand side of the Suite screen.

  2. Click on 'Account settings' to manage your profile.

How can I change my email address?

Note that it's currently not possible to modify your email address, since much of the functionality of the MyMalls Suite is dependent on the email validation process you went through when creating the account. If you need to change the email address, just contact our Support team, who will be happy to change it for you manually.

How can I delete my account?

Before you decide to close your account, note that your information will be deleted permanently. There will be no way to retrieve your information.

You can easily close your account by following the next steps:

  1. Go to your suite and click on your name in the top right corner of your screen to go your Account settings.

  2. Scroll down until you've reached the 'Default shipment option' section.

  3. Under this section, you will find the date you've been a member since and on the right side the option to 'Close your account...'

  4. Click on 'Close your account...'

  5. Please let us know why you are cancelling your account. This will help us improve our services a lot!

  6. Click on 'Permanently delete my account'.

Email and Password

Note that it's currently not possible to modify your email address. This is because much of the functionality of the MyMalls Suite is dependent on the email validation process you went through when creating the account.

I need to change my email address

If you need to change the email address, just contact our Support team, who will be happy to change it for you manually. This way you won't lose your account details.

Addresses

With MyMalls you have the possibility to have your order delivered anywhere in the Caribbean. Whether you live on one island or are on holiday, you can add as many delivery addresses as you like!

How can I change my delivery address(es)?

  1. Click on your name in the top right corner to go to your Account settings.

  2. Scroll down until you see your address book. Here you can edit your current address, add one or more new ones, and specify which should be used by default. ❗Please note that we don’t deliver to a Post Office box.

Credit cards

MyMalls and its payment providers are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards. Your personal information is safeguarded, and protective measures ensure your full credit card number is never displayed to anyone.

How can I save my credit card details?

You can add your credit card details to speed up your checkout process. This way you won't have to repeatedly enter the details.

Save it upon checkout

You can save your credit card when you make a shipment payment in your MyMalls Suite. You'll notice a check box to save your credit card details for future payments.

After checking the "save details" check box, on future payments, the payment screen will be pre-filled with name of the credit card you have saved with us on file. And, currently, it's only possible to save one credit card on file.

Save it in your account details

  1. Go to your suite and click on your name in the top right corner of your screen to go your Account settings.

  2. Scroll down until you see your Credit cards section.

Is it safe to save my credit card?

Yes!—and here's why: Under the hood, we don't actually store the specific details about your credit card in any MyMalls computer system. Rather, we simply store a token—a random reference number—that our system uses to initiate payments against the saved credit card details at our payment processing partners, Stripe and Bluesnap—two of the world's largest payment processors, and who maintain Level 1 Payment Card Industry Data Securities Standards (PCI-DSS), the highest standard of data security compliance!

How can I change or update my saved credit card information?

You can easily change your credit card information by following the next steps:

  1. Go to your suite and click on your name in the top right corner of your screen to go your Account settings.

  2. Scroll down until you see your Credit cards section.

  3. Click on your current credit cards. You'll be presented with a form where you can change or update your credit card details.

How can I delete my saved credit card details?

You can easily delete your credit card details by following the next steps:

  1. Go to your suite and click on your name in the op right corner of your screen to go your Account settings.

  2. Scroll down until you see your Credit cards section.

  3. Click on 'Delete' underneath the credit card details you wish to delete.

  4. This will prompt a pop up asking if you're sure to delete your credit card details. Click on 'OK' if you are sure.
