When shopping from Amazon, we highly encourage you to adjust your delivery preferences to avoid inconveniences with regards to delivery to your suite.
Set up delivery instructions
Your packages can only be received in your suite during our operation hours. If your packages are being delivered afterwards, your packages might be returned or delivered somewhere else. In order to avoid this, please follow the following instructions:
Go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account
From the top "Account & Lists" menu, go to "account" and then click on "Your addresses"
Find your MyMalls address and click on "Add delivery instructions"
Set up the following instructions:
*Make sure to change "Property type" to "Business" as in the screenshot below.Save instructions
Did your receive an OTP for delivery?
Due to the value of some items, a one-time password (OTP) is required on delivery at your suite for some Amazon orders. The OTP is meant to add an extra layer of security to your packages and is valid until the end of the delivery day.
If we are unable to read the OTP you've received to the driver, your package will not be handed over. To avoid this from happening, please do the following:
Send the OTP to us right away!
Forward the email — If an OTP is required, Amazon will send you a six-digit, numeric OTP to your registered email address after your order has been shipped. Please forward this email to [email protected] immediately.
Send the OTP through chat — If you can't find the email anymore, you can also find the OTP in your Amazon account, by selecting "Track Package" beside the order in "Your Orders".
