Once your MyMalls package has left our processing center, in route to your destination, its status in your suite will change to "In transit". Clicking on your package will take you to a screen containing the latest tracking details, as well as a button to track the package directly on the DHL website:

How does tracking work?

  • In-transit

This is the beginning of the journey for your package! This means that it has left our warehouse (US or EU) and is in the hands of the carrier you have chosen (DHL or FedEx), but it has not yet landed on your island.

  • Late

This means that the planned delivery date could not be met. In this case we advise you to contact us as soon as possible so that we can help get your package delivered to you sooner rather than later.

  • Awaiting Collection

Your package is finally on your island but it needs your help to get to you. This means that there are customs fees to be paid or documents to be sent. We advise you to contact your local DHL or FedEx office for further information.

  • Out for Delivery

This means that the end of the journey of your package is near and the parcel is on its way to you at the address you have chosen. If by any chance you would like to change something regarding the delivery of your package we advise you to check our On Demand Delivery (ODD) article.

  • Delivered

This means that your package is finally here, in your arms and ready to be unpacked. However, if this is not the case, we recommend that you contact MyMalls Customer Support as soon as possible.

❗After 90 days tracking details will no longer be available.

Think your shipment is missing?

  • Not seeing any new tracking updates in the last 48 hours on your parcel?

  • Does the tracking system indicate that your package has been delivered but you have not received it?

Contact our Customer Support as soon as possible with the package number and any additional information you have so that we can help you find your package.
