Yes, but in general requests are limited to special instructions for repacking and consolidation of your packages—i.e. keeping shoes in their original boxes, etc.

Please contact us with your request as early as possible—even before your package arrives at our warehouse—and provide as much information as you can, including your suite number, copies of your supplier invoices, expected delivery dates, tracking numbers, etc.
