On Friday, November 24th, the day after Thanksgiving, our warehouse will be closing earlier than usual at 2 PM (EST).
What do I need to if I want my package to be shipped on Friday, Nov 29th?
FedEx will be picking up outgoing shipments between 1 PM and 2 PM. This means that you will have to:
(1) choose either FedEx Economy or FedEx Priority to ship your packages with and,
(2) pay for shipping before 12 PM to make sure your packages will be shipped the same day.
❗Please note that DHL Express will not be picking up shipments from our warehouse on Thursday and Friday, November 23rd and 24th.❗
If you pay for shipping on any of those days and choose DHL Express as your shipping method, your package(s) will be shipped on the following business day, which is Monday, December 2nd.
❗Please take into account that the local time in our Warehouse in Opa-Locka is 1 hour behind from the Caribbean. Our warehouse in Opa-Locka, US, follows the local time (Eastern Standard Time, EST), which is GMT-5. However, the Caribbean operates on a time zone that is 1 hour ahead of Opa-Locka. This means that the time in the Caribbean is GMT-4.
