How to find Shein invoices for uploading in your MyMalls Suite.

We're often asked how to find the original invoice? This article will visually describe how to find Shein invoices.

Follow these steps when using a desktop or laptop

  1. Login to your Shein account

  2. View your orders — Once logged into your Shein account, click on your profile icon on the top-left of the homepage.

  3. Click on 'View Invoice' — In the third column at your order you'll find the option to view your invoice.

  4. Click on 'View'

  5. Click on 'Download'

  2. View your orders — Once logged into your Shein account, you'll find a link under the 👤 icon a menu to a page that contains a listing of your orders.

  3. Click on 'View Invoice' — In the third column at your order you'll find the option to view your invoice.

  4. Click on 'View'

  5. Click on 'Download'

  1. Open the Shein app and login to your Shein account

  2. View your orders — Once logged into your Shein account, go to your profile by clicking on 'Me' in the menu below. Then click on 'View all orders'

  3. View your order details — Click on the order of which you want to download the invoice.

  4. Click on 'View invoice' — Underneath your screen you will find options such as 'Track' 'Review' etc. Here you should see the option to view your invoice. If you can't see it, click on the 3 dots on the left to view more options. Here you should see the option to view your invoice.

  5. Click on 'View' to view your invoice.

  6. Click on 'Download' to save the invoice in your phone or directly email it to [email protected]*

    *If you choose to directly send the invoice to our support team, please expect a delay as our team will need time to connect the invoice to your suite.

The importance of providing MyMalls the original invoice

In order to get your packages successful processed through your local customs agencies, MyMalls is required to include a copy of your original vendor invoice with our shipment.

You can provide us with original invoices by uploading them to your MyMalls Suite, or sending them to us by email ([email protected]).
