Our warehouse is fully operational, and DHL and FedEx pickups will proceed according to their regular schedules. Warehouse Reopened with Limited Staff; Shipping Updates
We are pleased to inform you that our warehouse has reopened with limited staff, as some team members were able to safely reach the facility. DHL and FedEx operations continue as scheduled, and they will be picking up shipments today.
Please note that the MyMalls Economy shipment, originally scheduled for pickup on Wednesday, October 9th, will now be picked up on Friday, October 11th.

DHL and FedEx Early Pick-Up Due to Hurricane
Due to the approaching hurricane, DHL and FedEx will be picking up packages from our warehouse earlier than usual today (Wednesday, October 9), between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM. To ensure the safety of our team, the warehouse will be closing at 3:00 PM, allowing everyone to head home and stay safe from the storm.

Due to Tropical Storm Milton, this week’s MyMalls Economy shipment to Curaçao will be delayed. Our seafreight partner will be closed on Wednesday, October 9th, which is our usual pickup date. We anticipate the shipment will be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday, depending on weather conditions and when operations can safely resume.
