What will change?

Everything will remain the same function wise. You are still able to use your MyMalls address in the U.S. to receive your purchases that need to be forwarded to your destination address.

What will my new address look like?

Your new personalized shipping address will automatically change in your suite environment. Here’s an example of what it will look like:

Your suite number will remain the same! The only thing that will change is the address. In the above image only the second and fourth line will change for members.

To ensure your packages are identified correctly upon arrival at our warehouse, it is important to include your complete suite number as part of your new shipping address when you make a purchase—otherwise, we won't know for who the incoming package is intended for!

What do I need to keep in mind?

The most important thing to keep in mind is to change your MyMalls PERSONALIZED SHIPPING ADDRESS before shopping at your favorite online stores.

Let’s say you’re placing an order on Amazon, you’ll need to update your shipping address before checkout, you can follow the following step or watch this video:

Step 1: From the amazon home page: click on YOUR ACCOUNT.

Step 2: Scroll down to ORDERING AND SHOPPING PREFERENCES.

Click on YOUR ADDRESSES.

Step 3: Click on ADD ADDRESS.

*This is where you type in your new Personalized MyMalls Address.

*Remember to include your suite number on the second address line.

Step 4: The final step is to remove your current/soon-to-be former MyMalls Address in order to avoid getting the two mixed up.

Please note the following: All future online stores you intend to shop at, must have the updated address. After December 31st, 2020 MyMalls will no longer be liable for packages sent to the old address.
