Delivery time depends on various factors, such as:
Distance from MyMalls warehouse and the sender
Mail class or shipping service
Size and weight of the package
Time of the year
How long does it take for a package to be shipped?
Your packages are shipped as soon as everything is in order, i.e. as soon as you have provided us with all the documents (pre-registered your documents to speed up the process) and paid the shipping costs. Your parcels are then shipped:
The same day if payment is made before 5pm (GMT +4 for US) or 4pm (GMT +2 for Europe)
The next business day if payment is made after 5pm (GMT +4 for US) or 4pm (GMT +2 for Europe)
How long does it take for a package to arrive at my address?
The package is delivered to you according to your choice of carrier, but as mentioned above, the delivery time depends on several factors. You can read our articles on specific couriers to find out more:

Once your MyMalls package has left our warehouse, and is in route to your destination, its status in your suite will change to "In transit". Clicking on your package will take you to a screen containing the latest tracking details, as well as a button to track the package directly on the DHL or FedEx website:

Why is my package taking so long to get delivered?
Unless a courier service officially states that a shipping time is guaranteed, you should know that this is only an estimate. Before you rush out and consider your package lost forever, here is a list of possible reasons for the delay:
Incorrect address - You may enter a wrong address in your suite environment. Check in your suite that the address is correct and contact our support team as soon as possible.
Bad weather - If there was a terrible storm or weather-related power outage, your package may not have been shipped.
No one home - When you are not home to accept delivery, a courier will usually leave a delivery notice. This means you can reschedule a delivery date so you don't miss your packages.
Unforeseen circumstances: Sometimes staff get sick, a delivery truck breaks down, there’s a problem with the airplane or an unforeseen event occurs. You can contact our customer support and ask them if they have any information about your delivery.
Holiday rush - If you have ordered items during certain periods (Amazon Prime Day, Black Friday, Christmas…) there is a good chance that many people have done so too. The carrier may be overloaded and not be able to deliver everyone's packages on time.
Lost package - The worst case scenario is that your package gets lost. You can wait for your parcel for seven to fourteen days, but if you've checked all the other possibilities and it hasn't arrived, it may have gone missing. Please contact our support team as soon as possible.
